Earlier this month we had the pleasure of discovering and reviewing Flavors.me, and today we bring you a compilation of single-page websites created using this dead simple profile builder. Stay inspired!
Example 1: Will McCranie
Will McCranie is a New-York-based musician who uses Flavors.me to keep his online portfolio well structured and unified. His single page website with a full-screen background image puts the spotlight on his talent, while its clean and simple navigation helps visitors quickly find relevant pieces of information. In fact, Will makes the most out of Flavors.me: his website has a nice landing page, contact form, newsletter sign up, integrated Twitter, Blog and other feeds. Additionally, you can watch Will’s videos and listen to his songs without having to leave the website. Upcoming and past shows are listed in the Shows section. As I see it, this website is an excellent example of how Flavors.me can be used for creating a portfolio of an independent professional.
Example 2: Oli Ola Studio
Oli Ola Studio is an eye-catching portfolio website owned and operated by Olivia Darmony, a young designer who creates colorful tribal motifs and brings them to life on fabrics. Her website is full of engaging content: there’s a collection of patterns, gallery of ready items created using Oli Ola’s hand printed fabrics, Tumblr feed, link to her Etsy shop and so on. There is also a feedback form.
Example 3: Drum & Kernel Popcorn
Drum & Kernel Popcorn is a successful London-based business that strives to provide londoners with the tastiest authentic handmade sweet and salty popcorn popped in a huge stainless steel drum. The website is minimalist and contains basic information only: ‘Where you can find us popping next’ (popping locations listed); Twitter feed and feedback form.
Some of these websites may appear to be complex sites but they are single-page profiles. Find more examples of Flavors.me-driven websites on their Community pages.
