BizWebs is an easy-to-use eCommerce management system that helps emerging businesses easily create, publish and maintain professional-looking websites. I was really surprised at how feature-rich and flexible this site builder is, so I’m delighted to write this review. Join me testing BizWebs, you’ll like it.
#1 Ease of Use
Getting started is easy. After naming your webstore and entering your email and password, you’ll be provided with two links: one to your admin panel, another – to your website. Your site will be hosted on BizWebs’ subdomain until you decide to add a custom domain.
The admin panel is very user-friendly, you’ll never get lost there. Whether you need to add a new product, view orders or change timezone, it takes just a few minutes to accomplish the task. It’s a pleasure to work in the Bizwebs’ control panel, though it looks a bit outdated.

#2 Feature Set and Flexibility
There’s a variety of customizable blocks: Gallery, Forms, Poll, Guest Book, News and more. Simply choose one from the list, enable and customize it.
As for the shopping cart itself, it provides deep customization. Each product comes with a set of properties, including product info, pricing, categories, alternatives, warehouse, discussions among other options. BizWebs also supports user management: shoppers can create accounts with your webstore.
Each BizWebs-powered website is automatically optimized for smaller screens. Users may also manage their site using a mobile application, either iOS or Android.
BizWebs has a library of over 500 default themes and 8 layouts to choose from. Every element of the design can be adjusted manually (header width, the number of registration forms, language flags etc.). If needed, any default design can be completely rebuilt to meet your unique needs by one of the company experts.
Frankly, BizWebs’ themes are somewhat outdated. They’re ok, but compared to the competition they get 3 out of 5 stars.
BizWebs doesn’t provide full access to the code, yet it allows to make changes to the CSS.
#4 Customer Support
There’s a Live Chat on their homepage, so you can directly contact one of the BizWebs experts. There’s also a FAQ section, email and phone support. Each customer can get a free consultation on online marketing and SEO over phone or email on business days.
#5 Pricing Policy
There’s a free 15-day trial during which you can try out their full-featured, Premium package. If you’re satisfied with the system you can pick one of the 3 packages based on your business requirements.
If you need something simple, you may try Start ($15/month), while Premium package ($45/month) will be the optimal solution for a large-scale web store. See the full list of features for each package here.
It doesn’t support the popular drag-and-drop functionality. BizWebs’ templates are outdated.
BizWebs Review: Conclusion
BizWebs makes complicated things easy and accessible. It’s very intuitive and leaves enough room for customization. I would recommend it to merchants who already have a successful offline business and are looking for an easy way to build a web presence.
